Planning Queen - we've never done the seafood thing. We may try it next time we get to have Christmas at our house :-)

To me Christmas definitley involves a hot lunch - even growing up in Mildura in the sweltering heat some Christmas days, we always celebrated with a hot lunch.

We always have done seafood entrees, and have loads of ham too. When I have Christmas at my house (which is not that often yet) I still go for the hot option.
