I am bit of a perfectionist myself, so can be critical if I am not doing everything the I want to be. It is such a great idea to break down into small achievable chunks to get he momentum rolling. I need to write a list like that myself.

Cheers,
PlanningQueen

Hello journeyer. It was very interesting reading about how you are changing. You're so right, don't be hard on yourself. You're changing the habits of a life time. Thanks for telling your story. :- )
